Revenue performance software provider Xactly has launched three new solutions designed to help B2B organisations modernise incentive planning, improve reporting, and build custom sales performance workflows directly on its platform.
The headline release is Xactly Design, described as the industry’s first dedicated product for incentive plan design. It’s joined by Xactly Reporting, a self-service reporting and dashboard tool, and Xactly Extend Builder, a no-code environment for building custom apps and workflows on the Xactly platform.
Together, the suite marks a major evolution in Xactly’s composable AI strategy, aimed at giving sales performance management (SPM) teams faster access to insights and more flexibility to adapt to changing business conditions.
Chris Li, SVP of Products at Xactly, said the launch signals a broader shift for the sector. “These solutions reflect our long-term vision for AI-driven innovation: to empower organisations with intelligent solutions that unlock more informed revenue decisions and enable more autonomous, optimised workforces,” he said.
Informed incentive design through unified data
Xactly Design draws on over 20 years of proprietary compensation and performance data to support more effective plan modelling and benchmarking. It enables teams to unify critical data across systems, model incentive plans at scale, and fine-tune frameworks using real-time insights from Xactly’s intelligence engine.
Smarter reporting across the revenue lifecycle
The new Xactly Reporting module addresses a long-standing pain point for revenue operations teams, who have traditionally been constrained by static, siloed reporting tools. The solution connects data across the full revenue lifecycle—covering plan, performance, and payout—to enable deeper business insights and more dynamic decision-making. Reports and dashboards can be built using a user-friendly, self-service interface.
Custom experiences with Extend Builder
The Xactly Extend Builder rounds out the launch by offering partners and customers the ability to build tailored apps and user experiences directly on the Xactly platform. Organisations can now design and deploy specialised workflows that align with unique sales structures, performance models, or incentive frameworks.
