Two high-profile gambling industry executives have launched a new B2B marketing agency, PRace, promising to bring a more sophisticated, data-driven approach to an industry they say has been underserved by traditional marketing models.

Officially unveiled on 6 May, PRace is co-founded by Nicholas Brown, a 10-year veteran of Square in the Air, and Aiste Garneviciene, former COO of BetGames. The agency has already been working quietly with major industry names including Amelco and Relax Gaming, and says it has serviced 10 “big-brand” clients since 2024.

Positioned as a disruptor, PRace’s focus is on building end-to-end sales funnels for B2B gambling businesses — covering demand generation, lead qualification, and conversion through data-centric marketing.

A gap in the market for smarter B2B strategy

“Having been in marketing since the early 2010s — and being instrumental in building the success of Square in the Air — I saw a clear opportunity to address a significant gap in the market,” said Brown. “The B2B gambling industry is ripe for a more sophisticated, data-led approach that goes beyond traditional services.”

He added that PRace will offer the kind of strategic marketing support that’s already common in other B2B sectors but still lacking in gambling.

Garneviciene, who helped build BetGames from the ground up over more than a decade, said the agency is uniquely positioned to support businesses through every stage of growth.

“From establishing credibility and educating the market to driving qualified leads and sales — each stage demands a different strategy,” she said. “PRace is the first agency that can deliver that in our space. We’re bringing a fresh perspective, deep industry expertise and a proven methodology.”

€1m projected revenue and growing team

PRace has already scaled to a 15-person team and is forecasting annual revenue of €1m. The agency plans to announce its full leadership line-up in the coming weeks and says it is actively seeking new partnerships with companies ready to treat marketing as a primary growth driver.

With industry-specific knowledge and a strong foundation in performance-based marketing, the founders say PRace is set to become a go-to partner for gambling B2B firms looking to professionalise and scale their commercial operations.
