TradeCentric has named Katie Meeker as vice president of marketing, tasking her with leading the company’s global marketing strategy, brand development, customer relations, and market expansion.

Meeker brings over 15 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, having held senior leadership roles at iCIMS and Visual Lease, where she developed and executed marketing strategies to drive business growth. Her appointment comes at a time of continued global expansion for TradeCentric, a provider of e-procurement software applications and services.

Elizabeth Segovia, CEO of TradeCentric, said Meeker’s expertise would be key in strengthening the company’s brand and supporting its growth in B2B connected commerce.

TradeCentric helps B2B companies improve sales and customer experience by integrating procurement software with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to automate purchase orders and invoices. In May, the company upgraded its technology to improve integration with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecommerce platform, enabling online sellers to connect more effectively with buyers using procurement or ERP systems.

TradeCentric has also recently updated its TradeCentric for Salesforce B2B Commerce Lightning application, which is available on the Salesforce AppExchange. These updates, including shopping cart editing, active order protection, and enhanced data capabilities, are designed to help Salesforce Commerce Cloud users streamline connections with B2B buyers across leading procurement and ERP platforms.

Meeker’s leadership in marketing is expected to play a vital role in TradeCentric’s next phase of growth as it strengthens its position in the B2B connected commerce space.
