Ian Ellis is a seasoned technology strategist known for engaging C-level stakeholders in top organisations like Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Prudential Financial, Microsoft, and Bank of Ireland. His expertise in aligning organisational objectives with technology and business strategies has driven innovation and engagement with emerging technologies, investors, and established tech players.
Ellis co-founded the OperAngels syndicate, focusing on angel investments in enterprise tech and cybersecurity. He also founded Enterprise Tech London and significantly contributed to the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab in London. Ellis holds a BA in Economics & Information Studies from University College Dublin and an MSc in Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics. His global experience and specialisation in technology strategy and early-stage investing make him a valuable addition to the Tech Trailblazers Awards’ panel.
Chris Holscher: Analyst Relations Expert
Chris Holscher specialises in Analyst Relations Management for B2B tech startups and scaleups. He helps young vendors leverage industry analysts’ insights to accelerate market breakthroughs and attract better investments. Holscher leads the “State of Startups with Industry Analysts” (SSIA) research programme at the University of Edinburgh Business School, creating comprehensive data-based knowledge assets globally. He also co-authored a chapter in “Analysts on Analyst Relations,” providing insights into industry analysts’ perspectives. The IIAR named Holscher a global top 10 AR expert.
