Integrated marketing agency The Bigger Boat has announced the addition of three new team members, along with several senior leadership appointments, marking a new phase of growth for the organisation.
This expansion follows the integration of the acquired PR agency Scriba into The Bigger Boat brand, creating a dedicated PR department.
The agency has strengthened its design and digital marketing capabilities with the hiring of Karla Robbeson as senior designer, Rodger Dumisani as midweight designer, and Max Singh as SEO manager.
Managing director and co-founder Andy McCaul stated:
“These latest hires and promotions demonstrate our ambition to deliver exceptional work for our clients while fostering a culture where talent can thrive. Karla, Rodger, and Max bring a lot of valuable experience to our growing team, and we’re delighted to welcome them aboard.”
