The Tech Trailblazers Awards, a globally recognised platform for the B2B technology startup ecosystem, has revealed its winners and runners-up for 2024.

Now in its 13th year, the awards celebrate innovation across 16 categories, including AI, security, sustainable tech, and more.

This year’s competition highlighted the growing influence of startups addressing critical global challenges. Among these, cybersecurity emerged as a focal point, with the Security Trailblazer winner, Risk Ledger, leading the way. Other runners-up in the category—DeNexus, Entro Security, and LightBeam—showcase the innovative strides being made in securing digital ecosystems.

Rose Ross, Chief Trailblazer and Founder of the Tech Trailblazers Awards, emphasised the importance of the initiative. “Each year, we are inspired by the ingenuity and resilience of startups driving innovation in the global tech ecosystem. From advancements in cybersecurity to transformative AI and IoT solutions, the 2024 winners and runners-up exemplify the spirit of trailblazing,” she said.

Showcasing Innovation Across Categories

The awards featured winners and runners-up from regions including the USA, UK, Israel, and Estonia. Categories spanned a diverse range of technologies such as AI, blockchain, big data, and sustainable tech, underlining the breadth of innovation within the B2B startup space.

AI Trailblazers spotlighted SandboxAQ (USA) as the winner, with AutoScheduler AI and Portal26 as runners-up. In the Blockchain Trailblazers category, ScoreDetect (UK) led the pack, followed by Crystal Intelligence and Veriscope. The Sustainable Tech Trailblazers category recognised Beewise (USA) for its contributions to sustainability, alongside ECL and EVPassport.

The Female CxO Trailblazer category celebrated leadership in tech, with Charley Zuidinga, CEO of Qualee, taking the top spot. Runners-up included Debbie Widjaja, CPO of Zero Gravity, and Emily Hodges, COO of Risk Ledger.

Cybersecurity Leads with Security Trailblazers

The cybersecurity category saw significant attention, with Risk Ledger earning the Security Trailblazer title. DeNexus, Entro Security, and LightBeam were recognised as runners-up for their contributions to enhancing digital trust and safety.

These companies underscore the critical role of startups in tackling evolving cyber threats. Their efforts not only address immediate challenges but also pave the way for new standards in cybersecurity.
