Reech, a rapidly growing full-service marketing agency, has announced the appointment of Michael Bush as Non-Executive Director.

Bush brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record in the industry.

Michael Bush initially launched his own SEO agency before becoming a founding member of Climb Online, the digital marketing agency created in partnership with BBC Apprentice Winner Mark Wright and business tycoon Lord Sugar. At Climb Online, Bush played a critical role in scaling the business to an £8 million turnover within seven years through a strong commercial strategy, building partnerships with major brands like TikTok, Nintendo, Imagine Cruising, Groupon, Gym King, and Protein World.

In January 2022, Bush was appointed Managing Director of Climb Online. He successfully guided the agency through a founder-led exit in October 2022 and managed its integration into its acquiring group before leaving the business in December 2023. His expertise in operations, people management, and driving international growth has been instrumental in his career.

Bush will work closely with Reech’s Senior Leadership Team to strengthen its digital offerings and expand into new markets, aiming to establish Reech as one of the UK’s leading full-service marketing agencies. His role will involve providing strategic guidance and support to help achieve the agency’s growth objectives and advance its digital capabilities.
