HubSpot is set to expand access to its AI-powered Breeze Customer Agent, offering Pro and Enterprise customers a new way to scale digital engagement across marketing, sales, and service.

From 2nd June, the tool will be available via HubSpot Credits, the company’s flexible, usage-based pricing model.

Breeze Customer Agent is part of HubSpot’s broader AI strategy, embedding automation directly into its platform to streamline customer interactions. The agent already handles more than half of all customer conversations autonomously, recalling past interactions, answering common queries, scheduling meetings, and even updating CRM records in real time.

Originally launched in 2024 alongside Breeze Copilot and over 100 integrated features, the Customer Agent marks a significant step towards HubSpot’s vision of AI-led growth. Unlike standalone AI add-ons, Breeze is fully embedded into the HubSpot platform, ensuring users can access AI functionality seamlessly within their existing workflows.

While initially positioned to support post-purchase service, HubSpot says the agent has proven equally valuable across the full customer lifecycle. In marketing, it can greet website visitors and answer questions about events or subscriptions. In sales, it provides instant responses to pricing or trial requests. And in customer service, it resolves routine inquiries like order tracking, while escalating more complex cases to human agents.

The system supports multiple communication channels—including chat, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger—and integrates with a company’s knowledge base, website content, blogs, and PDFs to deliver intelligent, context-aware responses.

“Breeze Customer Agent has improved our customer service by handling 60–70% of inquiries automatically,” said Andrew Downing, Director of Business Development at Camp Network. “It was remarkably easy to set up and has freed our team to focus on sales and marketing efforts.”

The latest rollout reflects growing interest among B2B marketers in deploying AI agents to drive efficiencies and enhance customer experiences. HubSpot’s move to include Breeze Customer Agent in its usage-based model also signals a commitment to accessible, scalable AI adoption for businesses of all sizes.
