Cheltenham-based B2B email marketing agency Acquirz is celebrating its fifth anniversary with the appointment of a new head of data operations and plans for further growth across 2025.

The agency, which specialises in data-led customer acquisition and email marketing solutions, has named Vickie Stacey as its new head of data operations. Stacey brings nearly three decades of experience in the data industry, having progressed from data entry to senior IT and analytics roles. She joins Acquirz as the agency continues its rapid expansion, with seven-figure revenues up 40% year-on-year.

Since launching with just 10 clients during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Acquirz has grown its client base by 600% and expanded its team by 800%. It now works with over 50 large enterprises and SMEs, including several global brands.

Stacey’s remit will focus on optimising data workflows, boosting accuracy, and transforming raw information into actionable insights to support the agency’s clients. She will also contribute to team development and the agency’s wider operational strategy.

“The team’s trust in my expertise and ability means a lot,” said Stacey. “What drew me to Acquirz was their commitment to combining cutting-edge technology with deep industry knowledge. The opportunity to lead data operations at a forward-thinking agency like this is an exciting next step.”

Acquirz co-founder and director Chris Skinner said the company’s growth is the result of a strong internal culture and an ambitious roadmap.

“We’ve built a team rooted in innovation and collaboration, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see that reflected in our results. Vickie brings deep sector experience that will strengthen our capabilities even further,” he said.

Looking ahead, Acquirz is targeting a 33% increase in headcount this year and a further 40% growth in turnover. The agency also plans to launch several new technology products and expand its ESG efforts, with initiatives aimed at reducing its carbon footprint, improving workplace diversity, and supporting community projects.

Skinner added: “We’re just getting started. With new hires, product developments, and a strong sustainability strategy in place, we’re more excited than ever about what’s ahead.”
