Xactly has unveiled Xactly Intelligence, a new AI-powered framework combining the company’s Predictive AI models with emerging Generative AI capabilities.
Built on what Xactly describes as the industry’s only composable platform, the launch marks a significant step in the company’s broader ambition to integrate Agentic AI throughout the revenue lifecycle.
Trained on more than 20 years of proprietary pay and performance data, Xactly Intelligence is designed to help revenue teams move beyond traditional reporting to generate actionable insights more quickly and intuitively. The release is the first in a planned series of AI advancements that will roll out over the coming year.
Chris Li, senior vice president of products at Xactly, said that sales professionals continue to face challenges in turning data into decisions. The new platform is intended to address this by allowing users to interact with data through natural language, reducing the friction in accessing information and accelerating time to insight.
Among its features, Xactly Intelligence includes a natural language-driven Incent Data Exploration tool that allows users to pull insights directly into their workflows. Administrators can also explore best practice guidance via Knowledge Base Exploration, drawing on two decades of internal documentation. Builders gain the ability to create and configure new applications and business process extensions using natural language, streamlining configuration and enhancing automation. Meanwhile, operations teams can leverage historical performance data and industry benchmarks to forecast sales trends and better inform decision-making.
The product has already been adopted by teams across compensation, finance, operations and go-to-market functions. Early users report measurable improvements in productivity and deeper, more accessible insights.
Xactly positions this launch as a foundational step towards a fully AI-powered Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform. The long-term goal is to support autonomous, end-to-end revenue operations, enabling users to orchestrate AI agents that define, manage and optimise SPM processes with minimal manual input.
