Dubai-based communications agency Sumea Social has launched a new service aimed at helping senior business leaders play a more visible and strategic role in B2B brand storytelling.
The firm’s new Corporate Influence programme is designed to enhance executive profiling and align C-suite messaging with overall brand strategy. It’s being positioned as a way for companies to extend visibility beyond traditional marketing peaks—such as trade shows or press campaigns—by building more consistent thought leadership through senior leadership voices.
Founder Svenja Maltzahn said the programme responds to a growing need for trusted, authentic leadership narratives in the B2B space, especially in sectors where trust and reputation play a pivotal role in buying decisions.
“Corporate leadership needs better storytellers,” said Maltzahn. “We see organisations spending significant budgets on industry events, but with limited continuity afterwards. Corporate Influence helps extend that visibility through leadership voices—before, during, and after major business moments.”
Led by Maltzahn and Executive Communications Strategist and Co-Founder Ivan Seifert, the programme focuses on three main areas: strategic positioning of senior figures, thought leadership content tailored to each executive, and orchestration of messaging across roles to maintain consistency.
Seifert noted the aim isn’t to turn executives into influencers, but to ensure those leading the business are actively shaping high-value industry conversations.
The offer is expected to appeal particularly to firms in sectors such as technology, logistics, consultancy and professional services—industries where long sales cycles and high-trust decisions make executive communication a critical component of growth.
