Revenue intelligence platform Gong has launched a suite of AI agents designed to help sales and revenue teams automate workflows, generate insights, and deliver measurable business impact.

The new offering, unveiled this week, builds on Gong’s decade of customer interaction data and aims to move beyond generic AI tools with limited relevance to B2B sales.

The new Gong AI Agents are embedded directly into revenue workflows, automatically capturing and analysing customer interactions across channels. They are built to support teams at every stage of the revenue cycle – from forecasting and pipeline management to coaching and customer engagement – without replacing the human relationships at the core of sales success.

Gong co-founder and CEO Amit Bendov said the market is flooded with AI products that lack substance. “The future of AI isn’t about replacing people – it’s about working alongside them,” he said. “Gong AI Agents are purpose-built for revenue teams, empowering them with automation and intelligence that actually moves the needle.”

The AI agents are highly configurable, with users able to define inputs, outputs and autonomy levels through a no-code interface. Pre-built templates based on best practices provide a starting point for businesses looking to tailor the tools to their sales processes.

Crucially, the agents are powered by Gong’s own customer interaction dataset, rather than relying on third-party data or self-reported inputs. This, the company says, ensures higher accuracy and contextual relevance – key criticisms of many other AI tools on the market.

The launch includes more than a dozen agents, all included with Gong’s platform licences at no additional cost. They are designed to support onboarding, pipeline optimisation, forecasting, coaching, and knowledge sharing across revenue teams.

Gong currently serves over 4,500 companies globally. With this move, it is positioning its platform as a comprehensive AI-powered system for B2B revenue teams aiming to scale and streamline operations.
