Demandbase has introduced Agentbase, a system of connected AI agents designed to enhance B2B pipeline growth by integrating automation and data-driven insights into account-based go-to-market (GTM) workflows.

Built on an open, flexible architecture, Agentbase aims to align sales, marketing, and revenue operations (RevOps) teams with a unified view of high-value accounts and buying groups, enabling more precise execution of GTM strategies.

According to Demandbase, one of the biggest challenges for businesses is fragmented data and disconnected AI tools, which create inefficiencies and misalignment across teams. Umberto Milletti, chief R&D officer at Demandbase, said that Agentbase directly addresses these issues by ensuring all AI agents operate from a shared data foundation.

“Organisations today struggle with fragmented data and siloed AI agents working on disconnected tasks, leading to misalignment across teams and slower execution,” said Milletti. “Agentbase eliminates these challenges by providing a connected system of AI agents that work off a unified data set, ensuring accuracy and shared insights across GTM teams.”

AI-driven precision in GTM strategy

Agentbase is designed to ensure that every GTM action is informed by the same insights, creating alignment around high-value accounts, buying groups, and key stakeholders. By streamlining cross-functional workflows, GTM teams can automate actions that drive revenue growth while improving operational efficiency.

The first AI agent within the system, Campaign Outcomes Agent, has already demonstrated significant improvements in bidding strategies and campaign performance. Demandbase reports that campaigns using its intent and engagement models in Q4 2024 achieved a 40% higher click-through rate and a 25% greater lift in page visits compared to standard campaigns.

“We’ve also developed a robust framework that supports and standardises the development of AI agents, ensuring they operate with the highest standards across our entire product suite at Demandbase,” added Milletti.

A roadmap for further AI integration

Demandbase plans to expand Agentbase with additional AI agents aimed at improving B2B sales and marketing workflows. The next planned release, Account Engagement Agent, will provide sellers with a summary of engagement activities and key insights to help determine the most effective next steps.
